The service quality of the hotel is very good. The service staff's effort to go an extra mile for hotel guests really touched me. When Miss Peng knew that I had problem with many luggages before my checkout. She quickly took action to get me boxes and tapes for me.

I would like to commend your hotel staff, Wang. I borrowed a battery charger from the hotel when my handphone battery was low. Unfortunately, I did not charge it correctly and so I contacted the room service for help. Wang not only helped me install the plug correctly and cleaned up my room at the same time. He wrote me a note to assure me everything was ok, I cant tell you how surprised by his act of kindness. I will sure come back to this hotel again.

I love to have an omelet for my daily breakfast and after a few days stay in this hotel even the staff took notice of my habit. The caf was very busy yesterday morning, but the waiter Jiang touched me so much when he still came to me with an omelet.

The standard of the hotel service is awesome! I left a stack of cash in the drawer of my room and forgot all about it when I returned the room on 21 May. Later I got a call from the hotel that one of the staff called Ms Shi found the 5,000 yuan I left behind and quickly informed me. Thank you so much!

This hotel really goes all way out for the hotel guests. During my stay there last year, I had a serious stomachache in the middle of one of the nights. Luckily, Miss Tang from the front desk offered to take me to a hospital. It turned out I had acute gallbladder inflammation. If not for her prompt decision, my gallbladder could have ruptured. I am eternally grateful to her and the hotel.

It is my daily habit to have an omelette for breakfast. There was one morning I noticed the cafeteria staff were busy serving big groups of convention guests. Not to trouble anyone, I decided to forego the omelette. But to my pleasant surprise, a waiter whom I got to know during the few days of stays there actually noticed it and took his own initiative to serve me an omelette . I am very happy with the fine touch and warmth of the hotel service.

Admirable honesty of the chambermaid service

I would rate the ambience and service standard of the hotel to be good. However, I was most impressed with the honesty of the hotel staff. On the day when I checked out of the hotel, the chambermaid alerted the reception staff that I had left some money in the room. Thanks to her honesty, I recovered more than 4000 yuan .2013-05-9
