Good service,good hotel

My colleague who came with me to stay in this hotel was down with a fever. Upon knowing about this, the hotel staff Ms Li was very concerned. She kept showing her concern, making sure we had ice packs, bottles of mineral water and cups and even dustbin by our bedside. She kept our room neat and tidy before she walked out quietly. Her attention to such details is a reflection of the service quality of the hotel staff and it is really hard to come by.

Bak-kut-the is good,but always so crowded

The Singapore Bak-kut-teh served in your hotel is very authentic, and that is why I will choose to stay here whenever I come to Xiamen. When I learnt that the hotel is managed and owned by Singaporeans, I began to appreciate why the bak-kut-the and Hainanese chicken rice here are sooooo good. The only thing is that the restaurant is always so crowded during lunch time.

I didn't feel well yesterday, and asked the room service for a hot water pack. The staff was concerned about my condition, and promptly delivered the hot water pack to me. I found out later she is Miss Li Yu Ling, thank you so much Miss Li.

I stayed in the hotel for several days and was pleased with it. When I found that my handphone was unable to receive signal well, I called the hotel service staff for help. An engineer by the name of Lin came by, he meticulously checked my phone set and did not give up until he solved my problem. I am very happy and would like to commend him for his good work!

The service of Miramar Hotel is not just a myth.
Executive Deluxe Room
I stayed in this hotel on Nov 23 last year. When the counter staff noticed it was my birthday, she smiled and greeted me"Happy Birthday", and specially arranged the room 1123 for me which warmed my heart. What surprised me even more was that the hotel presented me with a greeting card and a beautiful cake. The legendary service of Miramar Hotel is not just a myth.

Commendations to Mr Lin for his attentiveness

The service level in your cafe is excellent. Yesterday I was having my meal there when I found my mobile phone was faulty and the phone card could not be taken out. Your waiter Lin saw me struggling with my phone and he offered to help me take it to the phone shop for repair. I am touched by his initiative to help me.

I don't have the habit to use the fixed shower hose. I notice the hotel will make special prior arrangement for a hand held shower hose for me whenever I mention my name in booking a room here. Hotel Miramar has done well on this!

This hotel will be my choice for my next work trip here

In the morning on 17th of this month, I was packing my things when the cleaner came in to my room. She noticed I was having problems with the zips of my pants, and offered to contact another cleaning staff to help me fix the zip. By the time I returned to my room after my breakfast, I found my room tidied and the pant neatly folded. Her small act of kindness gave me that homely feel. Thank you very much, this hotel will be my choice for my next work trip here.
